- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side (for medium-rare), then set aside to rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add shrimp to the skillet, cooking until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, simmering for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Return the steaks to the skillet, spoon the shrimp and creamy sauce over the top.
