Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds and green onions (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  • Sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute broccoli with other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
  • To make this gluten-free, use tamari or a gluten-free soy sauce alternative, and check that the oyster sauce is gluten-free.
  • For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes during the stir-fry.
