- Sesame seeds and green onions (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender yet crisp. Add a splash of water if needed.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and the cornstarch mixture. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss everything together until well-coated in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.

- You can substitute broccoli with other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
