  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Crushed chocolate mints (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the pan. Refrigerate.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla and peppermint extracts.
  • Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, and green food coloring (optional).

  • Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • Top with whipped cream and crushed chocolate mints before serving.

Notes
