- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- Olive oil, for grilling
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- (Optional) Fresh lemon juice for extra zest
Instructions
- Season shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill shrimp over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
- In a large bowl, toss grilled shrimp with Caesar dressing, chopped romaine lettuce, and grated Parmesan.
- Lay tortillas flat, and evenly distribute the shrimp mixture down the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the bottom of each tortilla, tuck in the sides, and roll up tightly.
- Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately. Toast the wraps lightly on the grill for extra crispness if desired.
