Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 lb crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 2 salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into chunks
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Cook the fettuccine: Boil fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Sear the salmon: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season salmon chunks with Cajun seasoning, then cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Prepare the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and stir constantly. Add Parmesan and simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Add seafood: Gently stir in lobster, crab meat, and the cooked salmon. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  • Combine pasta and sauce: Toss the cooked fettuccine into the seafood Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  • Season and serve: Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and extra Cajun seasoning to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust the Cajun seasoning to suit your spice tolerance.
  • For a lighter version, you can substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating to loosen up the sauce.
